Re: My greatest pain as a business owner


Greetings—

I used to be President and Owner of a mid-sized tool steel business.

I worked my way up from the ground floor, bought the company with some partners, and ran it as President before selling it to a Fortune 100 multinational company and founding Meridiem.

As my tool steel company grew into the market leader it became, I experienced a pain that you may be experiencing...

I no longer got to do what I loved and was best at. I had become an HR manager instead of a company leader.
